Coolum Theatre Players Inc regularly put on theatre productions at Coolum Civic Centre. The next show coming up is “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” with performances commencing from 13 to 22 July for $28 per person. For more information visit

Lind Lane Theatre, Nambour 

Playing soon at this Nambour theatre is “An Inspector Calls” from 27 July to 4 August at 16 Mitchell St, Nambour. Tickets are $25 per person.

Eumundi Museum The Centre provides assistance with family history research as well as information to visitors to Eumundi. The museum was built in 1911 - originally the town's Methodist Church. Combined with the Eumundi Information Office to form Discover Eumundi Heritage and Visitor Centre. Located 73 Memorial Drive, Eumundi.

Noosa Museum The Noosa Museum situated in Pomona has a vast and varied collection from the past. The Museum was founded by the Cooroora Historical Society in 1985 and houses an extensive and impressive collection of photographs capturing many moments of our pioneering past. Located at 29 Factory St, Pomona.

Sunshine Castle A Medieval museum with a Norman style Castle, complete with moat, turrets, towers and drawbridge is completely unique in Australia. The Castle offers a plethora of highlights on a self-walk tour. Located at 292 – 296 David Low Way, Bli Bli.

Yandina Historic House Yandina Historic House is leased from the Sunshine Coast Council by the Yandina & District Historical Society Inc. – a not for profit organisation, run by volunteers. The Historical Society’s aim is to research, preserve and display local history and to have it accessible to the community in this beautifully preserved historic house. Located at 3 Pioneer Road, Yandina.

Pioneer Cottage Buderim This amazing original house (now a museum) is located at 5 Ballinger Crescent, Buderim and is a living piece of local history.
